"EUROHOUSE-Bulgaria" Ltd. houses have two types of insulation: built-in - in the walls, the floor, the ceiling, the roof and exterior - passing along all the outside walls. Their thermotechnical characteristics draw them near to "passive houses" making them warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The comfort of living in multi-storey buildings is also guaranteed by the sound-insulation system of the construction between the floors.

The technology "EUROHOUSE" Easy Build is focused on this rational and financially effective touch. In its core there are the modular metal supporting structures veneered with the popular OSB, gypsum panels, fiber concrete, reinforced with special tars, as well as structural wall panels of pressed wood. All these materials are sanctioned and widely used for housing, trade and industrial construction in the USA and Canada. Fiber concrete panels and reinforced gypsum panels have been proving their sturdiness and the good insulation quality of the walls, when coupled with the right inside insulation, for several decades now.
