About Bus Station Serdika

The Bus Station "Serdika", together with the shopping center "Traffic Market", have been existing since 2000 as a subsidiary of the company "Auto Mobile" AD, which main business activities is building and operation of underground and surface parking lots located in Sofia City. We have made many improvements during those years and made efforts to gradually build a good bus center.

There are built office premises for the bus companies, food courts, sheds, infrastructure comprising many green areas, benches, fountains, ensuring excellent housekeeping.

Almost all of the bigger bus companies operating in the country have offices with us. In addition there are many ticket reselling companies, tourist agencies and other lessees whose business has nothing to do with busing but they would like to benefit from the location of the complex in downtown Sofia. So with time we have established ourselves as a big busing and business center, mainly for international busing operations. Another advantage of the Coach Station and Shopping Center is that below them is located the biggest parking lot on the whole Balkan Peninsula, featuring more than 1000 parking places and available to our customers.

Asignificant number of international consortia have submitted request to obtain a license for busing operations from and to Bulgaria, so we feel we need to be prepared to meet their demands.

We have spent approx. 50,000 Euro for the last repairs alone, which was actually a slight refreshment of the appearance. We intend to develop more vehemently in the future. We envisage to build a new and bigger waiting room, new information boards for the passengers, we will also expand the offices and build a glass shed over the whole outdoor ground which area is approx. 3000 sq. m. We also envisage to carry out a capital repair of the northern sidewalk of “Maria Louisa” Blvd., in the section between the "Rotonda" and the subway leading to the "Central Bus Station", as well as repairs of the external part of the subway. That will be a kind of a present from us to all passengers. The projects are underway and I hope that we will accomplish the jobs until the next spring. The financial aspect of the investment is between 700,000 and 1,000,000 Euro, ensuring beauty and luxury.
