It is located in a representative quiet street about 150 m away from the Central Beach and 200 m away from the rocky eastern coast dotted with tiny picturesque inlets. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there are many shops and restaurants. 5-6 minutes travel from it is located Chernomorets camping famous for its crystal clear sea water and amazing nature.
On the south the village is bordered by one of the most beautiful beaches on the Bulgarian Black Sea coastline – Tsarski plaj (The Royal Beach) with the situated on it Gradina (Garden) camping and Zlatna ribka (Gold Fish) camping.
