Established in 1991, the company of “Ventsislav Dorelov” is one of the first companies in the sphere of real estate in the city of Varna.
The main goal of the company is high level of competency, responsibility and quality of the work, maximum protection of the client's real estate investments by offering qualitative products with competitive prices and services.
The owner Ventsislav Dorelov and the Managing Director Milena Kostova are members of the National Association of the Realtors (NAR) – USA. In 1996, 1997 both of them had a part in 2–years course, according to NAR, in Budapest 1996 and Prague 1997, also they passed five exams in: “International Real Estate basics”, “Europe and the International Real Estate”, “Latin America and the International Real Estate”, “Pacific ocean and Asia Real Estate business”, “International Real Estate investment”, and they have got a Diploma: “International real estate specialists”. Both are presented by the world famous magazine "who's who in international real estate" throught the years of 1998-2006.
Ventsislav Dorelov and Milena Kostova also have “Real Estate Valuation Income method” certificate (1995) from the Association of the business valuators in Bulgaria and Real Estate Eastern Europe foundation.
The Managing Director Milena Kostova owns a professional Diploma and Bachelor's degree in Management from Open University in London and New Bulgarian University (1999), a MD in Human Resource Management and Development (2007) and she will start program “Financial Management” in New Bulgarian Universuty
All office employees have successfully completed “Property Management&Brokerage Techniques” courses held by the East European Real Estates Association Bulgaria, as well various courses and seminars under programmes for stimulating the enterpreneurship activity and creating business enlargment and development conditions.
The office secretary as well as the office assistants are fluent in English language (written and spoken). Two of our employees have a Bachelor's Degree in “Construction Economy”.
