As Bulgaria begins to grow and develop economically - and at the same time stabilize itself politically, the Company believed the time was right to commence operations in the area and began to work towards the opening of its main commercial center in Bourgas , the bustling City port that sits at the heart of the Black Sea Coast . Now you will find British Development offices across Bulgaria - occupying prime locations in all the major coastal and Ski resorts - Bourgas , Sunny Beach , Sozopol as well as Bansko and Borovets. British Developments have associate partners in the commercial centers of Varna, Plovdiv, Blagoevgrad and the Capital Sofia.

British Developments operates with a full compliment of carefully chosen and highly trained English, Russian, German, Persian, French and Italian speaking staff - including the companies and own in house legal experts, chartered accountants and project managers. Each office has dedicated client managers who are responsible for the continued development of Client relationships and customer after sales service, have strengthened the original management team.
