ARX PROJECT offers a comprehensive fit out and furnishing service to corporate clients in Bulgaria. Our services cover the entire process from initial site surveys to furnishing and finishing, and all contracts are fully project managed.

Our services include:

Surveys:

Full site surveys to ensure complete accuracy of any drawings produced for space planning, electrical/data plans and other elements.

Space planning:

We have scale 2D and 3D models of all our furniture, so all drawings are an accurate representation of the office space. We also provide all schematic drawings necessary to ensure that each workstation has adequate power, data and lighting. We can also plan partitions, renovation of office spaces and other layout drawings with necessary power, data and lighting diagrams. We can also provide 3D visuals of any part of the office if necessary.

Small works:

We will undertake all necessary small building works, such as electrical installations, lighting and small plumbing works, dependent upon client requirements.

Furnishing:

We are exclusive agents for Senator and Allermuir, the largest producers of high quality office furniture in the UK. We are able to supply a wide range of furniture, seating and storage, with a comprehensive range of finishes, fabrics and colours.

Project management:

Each contract will be fully project managed, from the initial design and planning consultations, through fit out and installation to final handover of completed office.

Relocation Management:

_Consultation, design and space planning of new premises with existing or new furniture

_Removal and reinstallation of existing furniture, fixtures and fittings.

_Management of the entire process to ensure quick and effective move.
