Our law practice dates back from 1995, when our activity started in defending the rights and interest of various subjects by the lawyers Georgi Kostov and Stefan Konstantinov under the Law Office “Kostov and Konstantinov”. In 2004 the office splits in two and we continue our activity under the name of Law Holding “Kostov and Co”. In the beginning of 2007 under the order and conditions of the Law of Bar a Law Holding “Kostov, Stoykov and Co” was registered in the special register of the Bourgas Regional Court. The holding is a juridical person registered under the VAT Law with senior and junior associates.
Our holding has specialized in the defense of our clients in the court of law concerning real estate property, construction, trade cases, appeals against administrative acts, executive procedures for collecting sums. We are capable of giving effective defense in criminal and administrative-criminal cases. We are also experienced in the field of establishing, merging and liquidation of commercial holdings and non commercial holdings. We also deal with foreign citizens and juridical persons who have set up their own business in the country. We are also experienced in dealing with foreign investors in the country. Our clients are companies from Russia and Europe with a good reputation and practice in trading. We also advise and serve leading national and local transport and hotel, insurance and construction companies. We are in close relationships with consulting companies for planning and executing of independent construction supervision.
