Nexcom offers full telecom business solutions, entirely replacing the voice and internet services, provided by the incumbent operator. The business solutions by Nexcom are provided through own WiMAX network with guaranteed high quality and reliability of services.
Nexcom builds entire communication network within hours and provides phone lines and high-speed internet access for a whole building or a single office. This is possible due to WiMAX – the wireless technology for voice and data transfer, totally replacing the primary and secondary cable networks. Besides internet and telephone, Nexcom offers other business services as well – MAN, leased lines, VPN, hosting, sms services, etc.
Services are provided quite easy, with minimum preliminary expenses and with guaranteed high quality and security by the enctription of all connections with the AES algorithm.
The advantage of WiMAX services in comparison to those provided by copper wires, cable modems or LAN, is the ability of the customers to leave their office and use the service anywhere, within the coverage of the WiMAX network of Nexcom, while the customers of cable networks can use the services only at the location, where the connectivity has already been built by the supplier.
The services, provided by Nexcom-Bulgaria are compatible with all kinds of telecom equipment. In order to use the telephone services, only a telephone system, IP or fixed line telephone are needed. For the internet access – a personal computer with a network card or Wi-Fi device is enough. All other necessary devices are provided free of charge by Nexcom.

There is also a possibility for personal billing reports, based on the usage of each customer. Through the WiMAX network, customers also receive schemes for access control, security services, and video monitoring of a certain object or building complex. The latter are available within several hours even at the building stage, without additional costs and risk of communication network damage during the construction process.
