YONIPLAST manufactures only plastic spoons for the ice cream and dairy industry. Depending on the demand, our capacity can go up to 50 million plastic spoons per month.
Our factory is situated in Plovdiv. The building is new and in compliance with all the requirements of the European Union for manufacturing of items to go in contact with food. We are certified under ISO: 9001 2000 and the certificates are available for viewing on request.
We have 6 modern molding machines all of them manufactured 2000-2010. They use injection molding technology with computer managed operations. The manufacturing process is completely automated: not until the packaging itself are the spoons touched by humans.
We are extremely careful about hygiene in the factory – all of our staff wear nets on their heads during manufacturing and wash their hands and boots regularly. The facilities are clean and well ventilated. The machines are washed and sterilized after each shift is over.
Our staff is highly trained and experienced. Each member is trained for 4 weeks before they start regular shifts. Most of our team members have been working at the factory for more than 10 years. YONIPLAST has its own transportation and covers the deliveries within Bulgaria. It’s fast, reliable and cheap.
