In 1996 “Vi-Vesta Holding” EAD became a founder and a main shareholder in the Central Privatization Fund and took an active part in the mass privatization in Bulgaria. After three consecutive auction sessions the Fund structured its investment portfolio including companies from many industrial branches. Since September 1997 the Central Privatization Fund has been transferred into a joint-stock company under the name “Bulvesta Holding” Plc.
“Bulvesta Holding” Plc is a joint-stock company which develops its activity in compliance with the regulations of the Commercial law, Law on Public Offering of Securities, National Corporate Governance Code and other normative deeds that determine the activity of the public companies in Bulgaria.
