‘SIZIPH SPLLC’ Construction Company has been active on the market since 1999. According to the latest certificate reflecting the company’s current status, its objects are: commercial transactions – import and export; commission transactions; construction work; trade representation and mediation.

In 2003 the company directed its operation mainly towards the sphere of construction work and construction entrepreneuring. It succeeded in gaining a reputation in the construction-entrepreneuring domain by managing to implement a series of projects for luxurious housing cooperations and family houses: in some projects it acted as the investor, in others – as the executor.

The future buildings’ design is accomplished by renowned and recognised teams of architects whose original vision and

innovative ideas make us strong competition to well-acknowledged names in the construction business. With the experience we have acquired in the construction sphere, we guarantee high quality of performance which is of greatest significance to you.

SIZIPH SPLLC has been working in close co-operation with highly-qualified and acknowledged construction companies. Since the beginning of the year SIZIPH SPLLC has been a member of the Bulgarian Building and Construction Chamber.
