1. Main activities of Promishlena Energetika Joint Stock Company, Yambol - General Information:

According to the court registration the main activity of Promishlena Energetika Joint Stock Company, Yambol is domestic and foreign production and engineering in the field of industrial and public power generation, as well as various legal economic and business activities. The shareholders of the company are 48 physical persons.

The over 30 years experience give the company good opportunity for work in various power generation and heating projects in the field of:

- erection and reconstruction works on heating surfaces working under high pressure;

- construction of working surfaces working under pressure and construction of steam traps;

- engineering of reconstruction, modernization, inside gas service installation as well as construction of new heating installations;

- supply, installation and commissioning of gas burning systems;

- maintenance of industrial and public boilers;

- measurement of NO2, NO, SO2, CO, soot emissions, technical and ecological set-up of the burning process; - Control of pipelines, gas systems and gas installations, pressure vessels, high and low pressure boilers, machines, equipment and accessories – basic metal and welded connections by the non-destructive method, and ultrasonic method – thickness, Brinell and Rockwell hardness.

During all the time of its existence the company maintains and regularly authenticates its Work Permit for subcontractor’s projects pursuant to the Law for Products’ Technical Requirements/1999 and Regulations No. 15, 28, 29 and 30 and Safety Regulation for Gas-systems Operation/2004 of the State Agency of Metrology and Technical Surveillance. The company has been attested and licensed for work in the European Union in 1994 by the Union of Technical Surveillance Bavaria, Saksonia TUV - Bayern Sachsen, Germany as a company following European Standards for high-pressure vessels. Besides that, TÜV Bayern Sachsen issued a number of individual certificates to our welders for varied methods of welding. Since 2004 our welders were re-certified by TUV Rayland Bulgaria Ltd., Union for Technical Surveillance authorized for Bulgaria.

In 2004 the company successfully passed certifying audit via TUV Nord Cert GmbH for the implementation of a quality control system following the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, and was given Certificate No. 78 100 6405 by the German organization. For more than 30 years the company maintains a stationary and mobile laboratory unit for nondestructive tests and laboratory unit for mechanical testing of metals, both authorized by Certificate No. 179 ОКС of the Bulgarian Standardization Agency, which since 2004 have been re-organized into Control Authority type “C” according to Bulgarian Standard No. EN 45004. This guarantees the quality control of the reconstruction works, raw material and the final production according to Regulations No. 15, 28, 29 and 30 and the Safety Regulation for Gas-systems Operation of the State Agency of Metrology and Technical Surveillance. The company provides its works with own services, and works directly with Bulgarian and foreign manufacturers. It maintains very good contacts with companies such as “THYSSENKRUPP MANNEX-GmbH”, “BENTELER-AG” and “FERONA A.S.” Praha OZ – Plzen. In the field of burning equipment, we are in direct contact with “WEISHAUPT” and “SAACKE”, Germany and “POWER FLAME”, “CSI”, “TODD”, “COEN” and “CENTEC”, U.S.A. With regard to the burning process automation control we have contacts with “SCHNEIDER”, “SIEMENS”, “FESTO”, “HONEYWELL”, “MAXITROL”, “ELSTER”, “DANFOSS”, “LANDIS/GIR”, etc.
