Company "Cassiopeia" was founded in 1992 and a major activity is the manufacture of prefabricated houses and furniture production. Cassiopeia Ltd. has quality certificate ISO 9001:2000 and can perform objects on the territory of Bulgaria, across the European Union and beyond.

We offer environmentally friendly, energy efficient and passive houses in European technology and standards. The building is mounted on a reinforced concrete slab. The design is implemented by the timber, dried to 10% humidity. The material must be treated against insects, decay and combustion. Insulation materials used are specially selected to achieve the optimal ratio of thermal and sound insulation. Insulation of walls and windows is uniform, with a coefficient of heat transfer to the type selected by the customer.

- passive - Ui = 0,9 to 0,7 Wm2 / K

- sound insulation Rf = 50 to 65db.

All types of finishing work in these houses are carried out on request. Taking extra can be fitted with solar panels, photovoltaic, forced ventilation, and biological treatment plant (if necessary). Building is on the customer`s own plot. Implementation period to key area about 100 square meters at base is ready within 60 working days.
