The construction company BOKAR LTD was registered in 1992 as a limited liability company with 100% private equity and a major business activity "Research, design, construction and repair of civil and industrial sites".

Within the 17 year-period BOKAR company constructed over 450 000 sq. meters of residential area, garages, offices, shops, a sports complex, a recreation complex, three shopping centers and two sites in Germany. A number of repair and expansion activities in large industrial enterprises in the town of Sofia were carried out - POLYCHROME POAP, SOPHARMA, ZEBRA, STIND and others. BOKAR participated as a sub-contractor in the building of RAMSTORE hypermarket , A FURNITURE HOUSE “ARON” , A HOTEL COMPLEX IN BOROVETZ.

The biggest project that the company has under-taken so far is in a well advanced stage: this is the residential BOKAR complex consisting of 40 regular houses each with a yard and a garage, 150 apartments, garages accommodating 120 cars, a fitness centre with a swimming pool, restaurant complex , 7 office buildings, 20 shops, security and maintenance services for the complex - a total of 40 000 sq. m. The complex includes the implementation of the whole infrastructure.

BOKAR is licensed to participate in constructions of water supply and sewerage systems. For the purpose of its sites, BOKAR constructs electricity stations and independently implements the vertical design of its sites - streets, alleys, planting and grassing, streetlights.

BOKAR built a separate workshop for preparation of metal constructions needed for the setting up of various metal boards, warehouse and office constructions.

During the years of affirmation on the construction market BOKAR has established and has consistently been developing its structure. At present BOKAR has employed nearly 250 experienced workers allocated in different brigades - steel workers, casing workers, masons, isolation workers, blacksmiths, a finalization work group, etc. 20 people with technical qualification manage this structure. The company controls the quality of the work done by an internal investment control. Another 30 people divided into different areas work in the office of the company - Advertising & Marketing Department, Economic & Accounting Department, Offers & Analyses Department. Together with the constant sub-contractors, BOKAR has successfully worked with during the last years, the company employs for its activities over 400 people.

The parameters on quality and the allowances in CIW with which BOKAR LTD works, are aligned with all conditions of BSS.

In 1994 structure of BOKAR was extended by a Real Estate Agency that, along with its main activity "Real estate transactions and their management", serves as a reliable source of up-to-date information concerning prices, demand and supply of different types of real estates.

The subject on activity of BOKAR MOND is entire construction engineering, joins in: draft investigating activity , buying building sites , an indemnity of owners , stalling real estates in regulation , putting the masterminding and the construction , entrance in exploitation of the entities.

“BOKARH” had specialized engineering residential, office and commercial buildings, inclusive legalizing the projects to license for construction. It works with bulgarian and foreign investors, with commitment for entire authorial supervision during the construction, sets auction documentation for choice on a builder.

“BOKAR – CONTROL” represents and defends the investor interests of the entity, through the overall period of the construction by runs ongoing control for the number and the quality of fraught CIW.
