About DESIGN BUREAU STEFANOV

DESIGN BUREAU STEFANOV is founded in 2004 by architects with a long professional experience in the design

of residential, public and industrial buildings.

At present our team has focussed its efforts mainly in the design of individuaI houses, blocs of flats, interior design

and consulting.

Our aim is to match as much as possible the demands of the investors with the principles of architecture and the

requirements of modern life. Every building is unique in its function, interior and facade solutions. An integral part

of our projects is the link with Nature. So our design is based on the specific lanscape surroundings, geographical

orientation and modern infrastructural solutions.

The style of our architectural work is inspired by the bulgarian architectural inheritance, interpreted trough the

plastical qualities of contemporary materials and technologies.

The bureau can insure the design of all project parts, obligatory to legalize the building. To achieve this, we work

with engeniers with rich professional experience.

Everyone of our clients can be certain that his building will be designed by our team most conscientiously. The

cooperation with the investor is a guarantee that the project will be soon transformed into a real home.
