BIAS-M is a bureau of engineering and architectural structures, offering design and consultancy services in the sphere of high-rise, low-rise and specific construction. Its main scope of activity and specialization are the building constructions. Our bureau has reduced capabilities for complex design, including architecture and all specialties of the investment design.
BIAS-M combines the knowledge and experience of highly qualified specialists, who have worked in the largest design institutes in Bulgaria. Our expert knowledge is expanded by attraction of young and reliable employees, which allows us to design building constructions of buildings and facilities with total area over 150 000 square meters and complex sites with total area of 10 000 square meters annually.
The design bureau is established in 1995 by Dipl. eng. Manyo T. Manev, head of the design departments of Sofproekt, Metroproekt, Metrostroy, BKS-centre and presently, a manager of „BIAS-M” EOOD.
The company team consists of 19 permanently employed designers - 17 construction engineers, construction engineers-designers, 1 architect, 1 assistant; BIAS-M offers excellent working conditions with complete technical and informational support for its employees.
