Sladkiya Kat is a family artisan bakery in Veliko Tarnovo that since 2017 has made sourdough bread, traditional sweet and savoury pastries known for generations, and desserts without added sugar and gluten. Everything is made by hand from scratch by a small team, the team grew in 2022, and in 2026 a European project equipped it with new MIWE deck ovens, a Conti galette machine and an online shop.
„Сладкия кът“ е семейна занаятчийска пекарна във Велико Търново, която от 2017 г. прави хляб с жив квас, традиционни и познати на поколения сладки и солени печива, както и десерти без добавена захар и без глутен. Всичко се приготвя ръчно, от нулата, в малък и сплотен екип, екипът се разраства през 2022 г., а през 2026 г. благодарение на европроект пекарната се оборудва с нови подови пещи MIWE, машина за галета Conti и онлайн магазин.
